Body sensations change like a wave.. turning.. churning.. yearning.. sessions of extreme heat. Bubbling within. Boiling. Frothy like salt water, preparing for a meal.. Wire in the wind transmissions and neural activity blankens the usual mind chatter.
A focus of purpose with intent. Kindness, and nothing else...
The acceptance of that something else when it appears...
We are only human.. we are not machines.. we are not puppets.. we are all learning. Constantly.
